For over 38 years, Mr. Chatzky has assisted clients in
establishing a wide variety of wealth preservation structures, many of which
contain valuable tax savings features.
Michael Chatzky is a graduate of the University of Maryland
where he majored in Accounting. He
subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland
School of Law. Mr. Chatzky has authored numerous articles and
lectured extensively at seminars and on radio and television on the use of
foreign trusts and other entities as wealth protection vehicles. He is a highly
sought after speaker at wealth protection seminars, known for his detailed
knowledge and uncanny ability to quote page and paragraph on any current tax
law in question. He has also engaged in extensive work in non-profit
corporations and charitable foundations. Mr. Chatzky is a member of the Asian Offshore Association Global Advisory Committee for the United States, a contributor to the Oxford Club's Wealth Protection Program, and a member of the Sovereign Society Council of Experts. He has received an AV peer review rating - the highest performance rating for a lawyer by Martindale Hubbell.
Gargi Davé earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University
of Southern California School of Law and her bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from ScrippsCollege. She has externed for the Honorable Harry Pregerson in the Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals, worked with the legal team of the American Civil Liberties Union of
Northern California, and clerked for Federal Magistrate Judge Nandor Vadas in
the Northern District of California.
Ms. Davé has also been active in providing pro bono work,
including successfully securing asylum for a client through USCLawSchool’s Immigration Clinic and offering
her services to the Civil Rights Committee of the South Asian Bar Association of
Northern California.She serves on the
board of directors for the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the ACLU of Northern
